I believe AI is the perfect tool for helping enterprise leaders establish stronger control over the Azure cloud. Used correctly, AI can connect business intent, architecture, delivery, security, operations, cost, and transformation into one clear system of evidence and decision-making.
I use it to help leaders govern how Azure resources are designed, implemented, sustained, and transformed. AI retrieves context, identifies risk, explains tradeoffs, and recommends action. It does not replace executive judgment, accountable ownership, or human authority. It helps those people make better decisions with better evidence.
I ground this methodology in the five pillars of the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework. I treat each pillar as a strong executive signal that can be converted into measurable KPIs, decision gates, proof exercises, and operating evidence.
